You've got questions, we've got answers.
Do you charge a set-up fee?
No. We want transitioning to our software to be as affordable and seamless as possible. We are confident you will love our software and be a long term customer -- so we absorb the set-up costs.
Do you require a long term contract?
No. Most of our customers are on the no commitment, month-to-month, Professional Plan. Our Basic Plan is billed annually. Our Premium Plan is customized to the needs of those customers.
Do you offer free trials?
Due to the set-up and training involved, we do not offer free trials. However, trying us out is easy with no minimum number of initial properties added, no set-up fees, and no long-term commitment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can easily pay online with any major credit card for monthly plans. Checks are accepted only for annual payment plans.
How do I cancel?
We do our best to make sure that our customers are happy, so hopefully you won't want to cancel. However, should your needs change, just let us know. We'll get your account squared away and help you transition your data out of our system.
