Do you charge a set-up fee?

No. We want transitioning to our software to be as affordable and seamless as possible. We are confident you will love our software and be a long term customer -- so we absorb the set-up costs.

Do you require a long term contract?

No. Most of our customers are on the no commitment, month-to-month, Basic or Professional Plans. Our Premium Plan is customized to the needs of those customers.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes, for single associations under 500 units.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can easily pay online with any major credit card for monthly plans. Checks are accepted only for annual payment plans.

How do I cancel?

We do our best to make sure that our customers are happy, so hopefully you won't want to cancel. However, should your needs change, just let us know. We'll get your account squared away and help you transition your data out of our system.
